Laughing at one's self is an important aspect of life. It relieves stress, enables a person to be grounded, and helps to put life in perspective. Self-importance breeds closed mindedness and tends to stem from insecurity, which, while the person who harbors that picture of himself or herself may find it wonderful, others unmask them very quickly. Have fun my friends, laugh, and be light and joyful, and - once you realize that it's pretty much all a game, laugh at yourself more and some of the absurdities around you as well!
